Where do you ship to?
We ship globally (customs/duties may apply ). Some countries might not be available due to the Corona crisis. We reserve the right to reject orders due to certain regions/ZIP codes and you will receive a full refund.
In case the package cannot be delivered we will refund the difference of the purchase amount and the costs we incurred (shipping & handling costs).

How long does shipping take?

How do I check the status of my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that will give you the status of your order. Though there may be a slight delay in activating the link, you should be able to see the status of the order within 24hrs after the link has been issued.

What's your return policy?
